Ingredients and cooking:
50 ml of milk
100 ml of olive oil
Beat with a pastry blender for 1 minute, without lifting the blender from the bottom
3 tbsp of lemon juice
1/2 tsp of salt
Black pepper
1 garlic clove
Green onion
Parsley (I had frozen homemade)
Mix thoroughly again
Delicate sauce with a pleasant taste is ready!

Here's a better recipe of basically the same thing I discovered a while back while trying to make a salad dressing:
1 cup Greek yoghurt
¼ cup olive oil
½ tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp Italian seasoning
1 tsp oregano
Combine and mix. Fantastic with salad and weirdly tastes like mayo so I guess it would be great on sandwiches and other things requiring mayo
P.s. for the seasonings, measure with your heart. This is just for people who want general amounts

The recipes I've seen typically have sour cream instead of milk, and you can use any mix of fresh herbs you like, but yeah, this is pretty much it! (I tend to sub full-fat greek yogurt for sour cream in most recipes, though.) Many recipes include anchovy, but I personally think it's just fine without that, I'm not really an anchovy fan...

Just one point, to mix milk or dairy with greens and meat, or other sources of iron, interferes with the absorption of this mineral
@@lesyarosa8091 You don't need to add onions or parsley. And I use buttermilk. This is a great salad dressing. I only use this, or sushi seasoning and avacado oil. No bottled dressing for years!
