- During the last three weeks I have worked liked a horse to get my property ready for building the new tiny house - that includes taking down the toolshed, the woodshed and the mudroom. I also discuss how the new tiny house build will likely affect the future of this channel.
Such a lovely spot for your food forest and home.... can't wait for the new video's
Love that you honor your father with a special dish so healing.
I think so too! And yes, but he made it better somehow😄
Good morning. This is an awesome time of the year to chop and reorganize wood pile. Life is beautiful and short. Lovely to hear you honor your fathers memory with the apple cake. He created a beautiful memory for you. ❤
Thanks! And yes it is indeed!! Thank you for that, I think it is that too! Nothing to bring back memories as activating the senses I guess☺️
Me, from the States 🇺🇸 is looking forward to the new journey!
Hey handsome 🤩, can't wait for this new build and chapter to begin, you're a star ✨, take care, love and hugs 🤗❤️🙏👍

Fantastic video again, very touching tribute to your father, can't wait to get back to Denmark and see my own son, going on hikes in Gribcskov near Hilerod such a great country
Keep the good work up Anders 👍
Thank you so much!’ Yeah, sounds like a really great idea to spend some time with him in the outdoors! Gribskov is pretty beautiful!!
Thanks, will do!😊
Gribskov must be amazing these weeks, cause the autumn has been quiet and colourful this year.
I hope you'll have a lovely stay in our country with your son. Greetings from a dane ❤

Hey Anders. Love following along, and I think it will be a cool new start with building the new homestead 💪😊 There will definitely be lots of great videos in that huge project. Can't wail to see it all unfold over the coming years. 👍😍
Thanks!!😊👏
Enjoy the process, Anders. I'm looking forward to your new permaculture homestead video's.
Thanks!! Great to hear!👏
Watching you take everything apart "just like that" reminds me of the fact, that building "light" on Mother Earth is a win/win ❤
I do look forward to follow your journey, and make your piece of Heaven, into a lush permaculture tiny homestead.
No matter how and when you'll post your video - I'll be ready to enjoy every minute 🏆
Wish you the best.
Greetings from a dane ☀️
Thanks, Camilla!! And yes, I so agree with the building light point you make😊👌
I love the direction you are going to. I enjoy all of your videos❤
A very productive couple of weeks for you! It's so strange to see how a house can be just moved from one spot to another.
I agree with some of the comments. Shorter 10-15 mins videos but weekly would be super good in the future.
Thanks for your lovely video, Anders. You're always such an inspiration to me. Not only autumn makes me feel nostalgic, but everything is changing right now and we're definitely heading to a new era right now because of all the cosmological changes that are going on so far... The wind of change is blowing everywhere. 😊Anyways, I'm looking so forward to seeing all your new projects and am happy to learn a lot from you. I would like to see your vids weekly - better shorter videos and more often. Good luck from Austria! 👋👍
You might be right! Will be interesting to see! And thank you so much - I’m excited too and can’t wait to see the house take form!👏
Great video! The plans sound good! :)
So excited about your new adventures!
Thanks😃!! Me too😊👏
Hi Anders. I really enjoy your videos. It’s fascinating to see what you do. It’s amazing how you live in harmony with nature. Your thoughts on the subject are very valuable. I appreciate how honest and authentic you are.
I’m sorry to hear that your father has passed away. I miss mine too. They live on in our thoughts.
For the foundation, you use metal sleeves that you drive into the ground. If the soil is stable, that should work. Here, we experience frosts and a lot of rain during winter. Our metal fence sleeves (also about 80 cm deep in the ground) are still stable, even those we didn’t embed in concrete. However, objects that are only about 30 cm deep in the ground tend to be pushed upwards by the frost. That’s why it’s certainly a good idea to use long driving sleeves.
Wishing you success and have fun!
Thanks!! I’m really happy to hear that - and thank you also regarding the comment about my father☺️I guess you can relate - they will indeed love on in our memories and our daily actions😊
Yes, the screws are developed for this type of soil, so I think it will be fine!👏
The direction of the channel sounds great. I am looking forward to it.
Perfect thanks!!
Looking forward to your new project!
👏😊
Thanks for sharing your process! 🌿
You’re welcome!😊

I'm not sure who is more excited to see videos of your new homestead, me or you : ) Your lunch looks so delicious! May I ask for the ingredients for your apple cake?
Looking fwd to the videos...
i real like this video for listening of are going to do thank you for sharing
Thanks! Very glad to hear that😊
Looking forward to watching your new videos ❤ really enjoyed watching your channel… good luck
Thanks!!😊
Might we have the recipe for the apple cake? It looks delicious!
Yes please
Haha, okay it’s pretty simple:
Roast bred crumbles with sugar on the pan (make sure that the sugar doesn’t lump)
Make apple porridge and put it (after it has cooled off) in a bowl in a layer
Then a layer with sugar rosted bread crumbles
I normally have two layers of each
Then whipped cream on the top
Bon appetit🍏
@@andersboisentinyhousethanks a lot! Spreading the tradition 😁
Hi Anders, I've only just found your channel and really enjoy it. Looking forward to watching what the future holds for you.
At the end of your video - 17 minutes onwards I noticed a cavity at about 4m on the oak over your right shoulder. Looks like where a branch has been shed in the past. Could be an area of structural weakness. Before you build I think it would be worth you having a closer look and if it's unsound it would be easier to remove prior to building.
Probably nothing but thought you should be aware and check it out.
Watching from Sydfyn, Denmark. Elsker at følge din kanal. Vi har købt et mindre husmandssted for et år siden til selvforsyning. Bliver vældig inspireret af din videoer. Tak :-)
👌👍
New beginnings are the purview of young men . . . there will likely be other beginnings for you. At some point, even when things might not be perfect, we become content with the words "our old home." No suggestions about the direction or focus of the channel. I just like the occasional visit, as if you were my son.
Haha, you might be right about that! Thanks!😊
Not all begin again when they are young. I started my homestead march 2023. I will 56 on the 20th! A new beginning is important for staying young... No matter how small! But I do agree with the statement too... Wish I started even 10 years ago
How big is your piece of land and how much does a similar piece of land cost ?
It’s 1660m2 and I think the price is around 200k in Danish Kroners. But you really can’t compare cross countries, I think. Not even cross different areas here in DK
glæder mig til flere/fremtidige videoer keep going😀
Tak😃
🤗🩵🫠
Altså, det er da næsten for meget 🙂 Sad lige og tænkte på at lave æblekage - og så begynder du at lave en 🙂 Så nu skal æblegrøden bruges 🙂
Haha! Ja, se det som et tegn😉😄
Wishing you the best for your new build, inspiring for sure! 💪🏼🧡
Thanks!!😃
Well, looking your videos I came to conclusion that surviving, making places for living, homegardening and everything that you are doing must be a mandatory subject at "today" elementary and high schools. Like one month of summer vacation to spend in the nature, camping, learn how our European ancestors lived, enjoy in and listening the sounds of nature, breath the cold fresh air, smells of pines, animals everywhere, learning about plants especially ones with healing benefits, well that's the real thing. Simple things were always the best ones, like the food, simple tastes are the real comfort tastes that boosts and renows our inner energy, btw, that is the basics of Chinese philosophy and their traditional medicine. One more thing, the Real man is man that can make everything from scratch 💪👌👍.
