I’ve had four babies all girls! Each childbirth was different too. Never had gas and air luckily enough no complications. It’s a wonderful process and I’m in awe each time. God bless all mums!
My delivery happened so fast I had my baby boy in 15 minutes with no medication no epidural just a IV and the heart monitor he will be 18 years old in September big respect to mothers
I heard that babies are very ugly in the first few months. And not all mothers feel love for their child before they have a personality. Do you think these are hormones that are not being produced? Did the doctor say that this could be?
Even after having been a hospital maternity nurse for a few decades, it’s still so fascinating to see the birthing process. Nicely illustrated here. 👍👍😷
It does hurt but you forget about the pain when you have your beautiful baby in your arms. That's how I felt. During my pregnancy, I knew I needed to watch these videos and it terrified me but when it came down to the labour, I focused on that end goal of meeting my baby for the first time x
Exactly. Think about the women who have had several children. If childbirth was that bad, no one would do it more than once. I only had one baby myself, but it wasn't because I didn't want more. My body said otherwise and I thus far have been unable to get pregnant again; but I definitely wanted more children. I would not be saying that if childbirth was that horrible. Like you said, it definitely does hurt but when you hold your beautiful baby that you've been bonding with and feeling kicking inside of you for months the pain is long forgotten.
@@Shield954 That’s probably a rare occurrence. I can’t say it never happens but if people were regularly having traumatic childbirths as horrific as you described then as I said earlier they’d rarely do it more than once. Considering the many, many women in the world who willingly went through pregnancy and childbirth once and then willingly did it again and again after than and also myself who would have done it again in a heartbeat if I could have, I still stand behind my original statement. I had a baby with no complications and there are many women who have had babies with and without complications who went on to willing have more. The stories of horrific labor and deliveries are not nearly as common in modern times with modern medicine, although I do know that it does sometimes happen.
@@beautifulsurprise9424 right, usually 80% of births are "normal," meaning no complications, but those are rising, and 30% or so of US births in 2021 were C-section rather than vaginal. Oh man!! I get such bad cramps during my period. Now imagine labour pains 😢 but I wanna be a mom and God created us with enough grace and strength to withstand, I’m not the first and I certainly won’t be the last so yay to my future babies. Can’t wait ❤
for someone who went through contractions for more than 12 hours and had a vaginal birth with episiotomy cut, no pain ive experienced so far come close to the pain of contraction and giving birth.even when doctor do the episiotomy cut,i can hear the cut,but the pain of giving birth the worst that you don't even feel the pain of the cut during the process..so period pain def nothing..but don't worry, its all worth it when you see the cute little thing in your arms😊 Now I'm pregnant with 2nd child already..I'm willing to do it all over again no problem 😊
Girl don't get me started, I suffer from both PCOS and PMDD, the cramps are quite literally disabling and leave me bedridden on the heaviest days of my periods. But there are times I feel like I can handle childbirth because I've had painful periods since I started puberty. I've been told by many women that once I have a baby my periods won't be that bad, but I dunno, I have my doubts.
I’m pregnant with my first I’m 4 months right now. Damn I feel like a warrior already! God bless every mother and mother to be to do this to bring their beautiful children into this world ❤

My mother gave birth to 6 in 7 years. Between 1957 to 1964. I was the last one thank goodness for her. It was rough, she has a curvature to the spine from Scoliosis. Plus she had tiny uterus and had to be cut during my sister birth. No woman should be cut, it never heals correctly and is very painful. Being a mother is a Thankless chore, as we have seen with all those roll backs that have been taken away from women.

Thank you for making this video. When seen like this it really seems like laying on your back is the least optimal position. And why show an episiotomy which should be extremely rare?
The thing is Pushing a baby out hurts super bad, like it feels your constipated but 100 times worse and ummm well th good news is the pain stopped after your kid comes out, if you had to do c section, that's unfortunate. Because it tales 3 months to spot the pain which is exactly how long it takes for your stomach returns to be normal
Please read this information. I'm sorry, but I would like to add that this position is not for a NORMAL delivery. When the mother is free to choose the position to give birth, she rarely chooses to do it lying on her back. You guys are doing amazing animation... why don't you show what happens with the tailbone? In that position it's not released...but if it is it will move back quite a few inches...it really looks like a ball is poking out of the lowest part of your back. This movement of the coccyx gives enough space for the baby to come out more comfortably and without the need for any episiotomy. That "small cut" you mention is now considered an act of obstetric violence. You should investigate it. But in short, a tear (which if the mother is allowed to move freely and is given the necessary time to start pushing when it really is the moment, rarely happens...) if it occurs, it occurs in weak areas of the tissue, it can heal much faster than it takes to heal from a cut that cuts arbitrarily anywhere and much more tissue than a tear. There is more information that is essential for you to reduce to minimum the risks. Doctors should cover this but many of them are still not aware. @@badabingbadaboom1607 Put it this way; I almost died once. But, childbirth was more painful than me almost dying. That being said, it is different for everyone. I remember I had severe back contractions, and it felt like being electrocuted and set on fire at the same time. I screamed my head off until I got an epidural. BUT not everyone experienced the same kind of contractions I did. Like i said; it is different for everyone.
For any first time expecting mothers who watch this video, just know that lying on your back is actually the worst position to be in. If memory serves, the ideal position is actually squatting. I do know however that lying on your back is not ideal (it’s ideal for the ease of the doctor, but not for the mother and baby).

When I was training to be a merchant marine engineering officer, we had to train as first responders (about 30 men present, no women). We watched a colorful medical movie that did not shy from the details of childbirth. It was POV from the doctor's side. As a gush of blood and gore geysered out of the woman, a audible moan groaned through the viewers. One guy fainted and landed with a hard thud on the floor. We paused the movie until he recovered. He sat back in his chair to finish the show. Another student proclaimed that he would never do that to his wife. He couldn't bear the thought of her being tortured with childbirth. She had other ideas and they had two daughters.

This sh*t hurts ladies 😭 I just went through it a few hours ago and it’s not my first baby but it always amazes me how much pain we bear to give life to these little beans. I hope whomever is pregnant or planning on a baby has an easy delivery in the name of god and Jesus Christ and may the hands that deliver the baby be blessed
I’m due in about 4 weeks and not looking forward to the labor and delivery. I remember from my last pregnancy how much of a nightmare it was. I did a natural delivery with no epidural… the pain was so unbearable I thought I was going to die. But I know the pain is temporary and everything will be alright.
What a complex system design by God. That everything can be taken care by body itself in a normal delivery and we should accept that having such complex design and dealing with it comes with pain, struggle and challenges. Love to all moms there.❤
Really nice animation. Well done. I don't get though why this animation is in the backposition even though everyone knows it's pretty much the worst position to bear in.
I had 5 births naturally. If course it hurts but for me I thought of my baby and holding them in the end. I literally just stayed positive especially through the pain. Water helped me and the ice chips. All my deliveries were fast and very tense contractions from the start. I had my 3rd at home unexpectedly every birth was worth it. Baby 6 comes next month I'm nervous even if I gave birth before but I'm ready and over it
i remembered the video my mom showed me where there was a pregnant woman giving birth but they had to cut the episiotomy with a circular saw is that normal? 💀
The animation is so beautiful, but as a midwife I think I have to clarify 2 points. One is the process during 2 nd stage, fetus head should be rotate along the canal during contraction. And another one, we don’t want to emphasise the pain during natural childbirth to mislead mothers.
6 months ago, I remember being alone pushing. I remember seeing his little head while I asked for a mirror. I remember the nurses telling me to hold him in for 20mins while the nurses took a break & thought I needed a break while pushing for 2hrs ..I didn't need no daumn break I felt pain & lonely. I wanted to hold someone hand so badly. It felt forever endless pain... until 20mins were over. I remember the day ahift nurses left & the night shift nurses were next. I pushed my hardest ....and I remember a hand slipping through my fingers. I grabbed a hold of that hand when I pushed. Whoever that nurse was..she didn't make me feel alone anymore..❤
This is one of the reasons that I am never having kids. I am not interested in marrying, either. I have been this way my whole life. Kids are too noisy and annoy the crap out of me. I can be around kids for a short amount of time, but I cannot handle them for a long time. So, yeah. I am so glad that I am not having kids.
Amma thanks alot for bringing me to this World. Was not lucky to be with u for long yet those few moments are alive till my last breath. Nothing is equal to u my Amma.

One difference is 'Movement during labour', it is as good as u feel better n are able to control urge of vomit in certain position or support or circumstances, but if u are forced to remain bent forward near toilet vessel for ling time without moving throughout ur nausea, with nobody rubbing ur back, you being not allowed to move back in diff position to ease nausea, then such restricted movement plus discomfortable feeling uncontrolled vomit will feel same deadly
Same goes for birth, when u are not allowed to move hips, move hands near thighs and vulva to rub ut, nobody applies a warm compress or ice bag to heal pressure on perineum, and you are not allowed to even get up n be semi sitted for a while to ease pain when ur half of lower abdominal muscles are stretching n going down painfully like they are separating from ur body
It's like when you take a huge firm poop apart from when you take little rabbit poops.

I am now in my 8th month and due September 26th. When are you due?
That was a beautiful process I went through ❤ I love been a MOM 😊
I love the animations 😊
How cool that our bodies naturally do this for our babies, makes me feel a little bit better about giving birth in 2 months 😅
I was thinking the samething how they rotate themselves to make it easier for them to pass through.
I wish you a safe delivery!
❤
Same here...due in 2
All the best for you! You can do it and after having the baby on your chest you will quickly forget about it!
The light, the temperature of the room, the trust you have in the people sorrounding you and FREE OF MOVEMENT
Thanks for teaching this. I won't experience it, but it's not bad to learn.😄
Period 😂

@@badabingbadaboom1607 child birth is probably the most painful yet beautiful thing to ever experience
@zBastianCo 🇵🇭 omg so funny💀
I am so afraid😩
All the mothers are warriors ❤❤
For any first time expecting mothers who watch this video, just know that lying on your back is actually the worst position to be in. If memory serves, the ideal position is actually squatting. I do know however that lying on your back is not ideal (it’s ideal for the ease of the doctor, but not for the mother and baby).
Where I live mothers choose themselves in which position to give birth, and unless something is wrong no doctor is present at birth, only midwife.

thanks you so much for this video 📹 ❤
Lol wow, poor fella who fainted :( but I've heard many stories of men fainting when they see what we go through as women xD

How’s it going?
What a complex system design by God. That everything can be taken care by body itself in a normal delivery and we should accept that having such complex design and dealing with it comes with pain, struggle and challenges. Love to all moms there.❤
Y’all I’m never have kids 😭 well nah especially after watching tht. Adoption it is
Awesome, frightening, and miraculous...
Baby 6 comes next month I'm nervous even if I gave birth before but I'm ready and over it
I’m 20 weeks pregnant today!!!! So nervous to give birth but also excited. Can’t wait to see my baby boy very soon❤❤❤❤
The most painful process but worth it
i remembered the video my mom showed me where there was a pregnant woman giving birth but they had to cut the episiotomy with a circular saw is that normal? 💀
Absolutely fascinating ♥Surprised that they didn't mention that you sometimes poop during pushing lol.
Wait actually? Lol
