I’m a 10 handicap and just had a fitting where I tried everything. The LST is the only club that worked for me so I took it out on course for 2 rounds of testing, great distance and unbelievable dispersion. Just shows that you need to try before you buy.
69 yr. old 15 hndcp., bagging the 430 LST 10.5, lofted up one, senior shaft and it works....your click bait should read " I can't hit this Driver " everyone should test or try everything on the market...
I got fitted for this driver after using the G410 for quite a while. I have the Tour Black 2.0 stiff shaft with the loft at 8°. It has been a fine upgrade. My spin with the 410 was in the high 3000's & now sits down at 2100, I have also gained, with flush strikes, at least 30yds. The sound on this G430 is so so much better too.
Just been fitted for and received my G430LST, Tour Black stiff shaft and it was THE best of all the current offerings for me, flight window, spin and dispersion and I haven’t used a Ping driver since the Tisi in the 90’s!
Well since you were fitted for an all Wilson bag on the SMS, I am guessing you won't be playing the 430. But thanks for the look. I am sticking with my TSi1.
Curious as to why the PGA pros are still gaming the older 425 over the 430. I am a scratch golfer and I currently game the 430 LST and I love it, zero issues, but I am a master club fitter and have my equipment fitted and backed by numbers.
LST should be flatter than the other heads + Hzrdus red, pretty soft tip section + PING heads heaviest amongst manufacturers = lots of shaft droop = big fades all day. Weren't dotted up but Dynamic Lie was probably near zero. This club needed fitting before hitting lol But does sound alot better 👍
Try the tour black 2.0. It makes this max hum for me. No need to kill it just smooth swing and it gets the distance closer to the lst. But further on average when you chilly dip hook the lst like I do
I tried this club. When I was on it was a very good club. If not very difficult. I am playing the Wilson dynapower carbon. It’s been much easier to hit with lower spin for me
Love the honesty. i am the same and use the 430 max with a low spin or alleged lower spin shaft and its just hitting fairways with o real loss of distance on average

Try the Titleist TSR3 or 2
Did you try it with the weight on draw?
You’ll be fine when you get the Wilson driver 👍🏻

Honest review if a PGA professional struggles with it then the everyday club golf should steer clear of it too
Im not the greatest driver of the golf ball but I’m certainly better now than I’ve ever been and this was hard work.
That's the Lee we all know and love aka the lumber jack 😂
😂😂😂
95 percent of golfers don't need a low spin version of any driver
the 425 sound was ridiculous... I don't know how anyone could put up with that tin can sound.....
I agree. And I have a 425 three wood and five wood. I'm seriously thinking about replacing them solely based on sound.
Pros don’t like it others would have a more open mind
