All purpose flour - 500gm
Sugar - 1tbs
Salt to taste
Ghee plus Oil - 100ml
For veg Gravy
Oil - 4tsp
Cinnamon - 1/2inch
saunf - 1/2tsp
Onion - 1no.Medium size
Tomato - 2nos. medium size
Mint leaves - one handful
Red chilly powder - 1tap
Coriander powder - 1tsp
Cumin powder - 1/2tsp
Turmeric powder - 1/2tsp
Garam masala powder - 1/2tsp
Salt to taste
Coriander leaves
For roast
Oil - 1tsp
Saunf - 1/2tsp
Cinnamon - 1/2inch
Khuskhus - 1tsp
Small Onion - 7nos.
Coconut - 1cup
Ginger - 1/2inch
Garlic - 3nos.
Green chilly - 1no.
Cashewnut - 5nos.
Roasted gram dhal - 1tsp

The Setup was enticing followed by the hurdles of making the dough with talented technique. Then the sudden twist in the screenplay with the revelation of interwoven balls and the deft palm flattening followed by a 'tear and roll' technique that had to be seen to be believed! Then, the point of no return arrived with further flattening and the raising of stakes with more oil and heat! As the final complications eased then came the surprising reveal of the whole plot with 'The Final Push Act ' that troubled my emotions and was quite overwhelming. Finally, the comeback was complete with the neatly finished golden paratas paired up with the equally well scripted Korma. This production is a guaranteed and definite Oscar nomination!
