It's called sygyt. The other guys demonstrated the other styles, kargyraa and khoomei. I'm sure they're all more or less equally skilled at all the styles, but no doubt each has his own flair.
It's no gift, this is the result of years of dedicated practice and training.

not many people realize that throat singing literally produces 2 seperate continuous notes. With normal singing, it's quite impossible to do that. The rewrew part, he's actually shifting the interval of his molody (mouth) while the bass (throat) remains

It's called "polyphonic singing". Singing with 2 tones at the same time and they harmonize so it sounds like an electronic instrument.
Der Drachen beschneider it’s not too hard. Start humming, open your mouth to an “EEE” shape. Slowly change your mouth shape to an “OOO” shape. Somewhere in between the two shapes there will be a second tone. You can further control the tone with your tongue and small mouth shape changes
