@@lovarou We are comfortably dead last with a record of 2-2-11 and a goal difference of -20 and we are little more than half way through the season, management wants to blow things up and go in a different direction. I'm not saying I agree with it but this stretch has been terrible.
Take a last look at Ammy Rodriguez as coach of Utha Royal since she was axed after the game...yeah, after the Utha Royal played the best game of their young history!!!!
Thoughts
1- Is she the escape goat for the from office's mistakes.
a) She was not a proven coach, why did they hire her in the first place.
b) Soney is on the market; did they jump to the opportunity to get Stoney?
c) What about given AR capable, experienced people to work with her.
d) The immediate impact on the player is negative.
Very bad politics Utha Royals.
2-Does she get pay the whole bulk of her contract; she did no broke the contract, they did.
a) Harvey in Seattle is not doing better them Ammy Rodrigues (for years now)!?!?
b) I think, her firing was premature; at least a year to prove herself.
c) "Liga MX femenil" axes coaches left and right, but at least, they let them coach the whole season.
d) What else do you expect from an expansion team
-They get the left over (players), what the other team do not want.
-Unless they expend the money (like Bay fc); the front office does that, not the coach.
-Even when you spend on players, is not sure to work up.
-It's a process, it needs time to gel, to glue, to get chemistry, to bake, to grow and flourish...etc.
Clearly...mistakes were made. got to star over (understandable). Do it right this time.
