When I would go to the warf with my father to check the boat (he was Captain and when the boat was docked for a bit, it needed to be checked for leaks and to make sure the engine still started and since he was the Captain, it was his job. I would go with him a lot of the times), I would see boats with varying degrees of rust, not as much as this boat but the dock workers continually work on the boats to remove rust or try to prevent it from getting really bad, salt water is so corrosive. You got the areas were rust starts to form and the pattern of rust perfectly. Reminds me of when I was little and went to the warf with my father.

I don't know which ideas you have for the next diorama but I have a suggestion! You could make some flickering lights inside the ship to simulate ghosts! It would be awesome to see you do something haunted or spooky!

Amazing weathering job. If the intent is to convey that the crew abandoned ship, the life boat davits should have been left down. I enjoy watching your amazing craftsmanship and story telling.

Have you thought of doing two versions of the orca and jaws and the men on the boat or when jaws getting on the back end of the orca and has the captain and another version of the orca sunk under the water and jaws swinging around it. And making jaws look like he's 25 foot long

I liked the model and its finish very much, but the base was very simple, perhaps with an effect of sand, water or stones, it would give it a more impressive realistic effect, excellent paint job, congratulations
