Random bit of a thought: do you guys actually do any pricing consideration when you make the sets? Like this seems super cool, but I'd imagine buying all the parts would cost a ton.
we make sure our moc's don't have any parts that are unobtainable. Often the first draft of a model will have some pieces that are too rare or don't exist in certain colors. We work with designers to make sure no models are using pieces that can't be found on bricklink, and we try to avoid the more expensive pieces as often as possible.

@@BrickVault That's good to hear. I'm a huge lego fan, bust sadly work in a very low paying sector, so i have to be very tight with money. The idea of buying the instructions, and then having no idea what the bricks will cost is pretty hard to swollow.
@@Jasonwolf1495 all our approximate prices are listed in the descriptions on the webstore. They also account for the approximate shipping costs from the BL vendors as well. The approximate prices work best if you live in the U.S. or Europe (shipping can get tricky if you're in Asia, Australia, etc)
@@ronaldmcdonald8735 24 bucks is really fare man. The designer would be getting about as much from Lego per unit sold in the Ideas range if they are lucky. I do think you guys should be pushing to provide all the parts in sets though BrickVault. Surely if you worked with Lego they could ship you the parts in bulk like Brickmania does for some of their sets.
This Modular looks great. Really appreciate the detail of the designer. I do quibble over the instructions price, however. $15 seems more reasonable IMO.

It's not bad, but showing it alongside the Detective's Office does rather highlight the main inspiration, especially with the side mounted chandelier that looks uncannily like a reworking of the pool hall's ceiling fan. Also, that streamer has really screwed up on his hair colour - won't work particularly well with a green screen, he's going to look like he's got a warped head!

Great model, really! But Łukasz missed a giant opportunity on the back of the building... There's nothing there! Not even some garbage bins, nothing! (Still a good set but damn it feels unfinished!)

This set doesn't really work with the rest of the modular sets, all the rest have a certain theme to them of being in the past, around 50s/60s time (with the small exception of the diner and possibly garage) This is more modern and doesn't fit much with the other ones.

The yellow jar is pee he collects his pee. He has the same affliction Howard Hughs had. Wants to hang on to everything from his body pee, fingernails, hair, etc brah 😑
