Aurora: Remastered | Planet Coaster B&M Giga

- With a ride as special as Aurora, I couldn't just change it to 1m, fix up a few fences and slap a v2 at the end; this ride needed the special treatment. As such, the layout and shaping have been completely overhauled. Along with the fully custom spine, new supports, new station and fully 1m layout, this ride has finally been updated to 2021 Planet Coaster, and it's brilliant to see it in it's full glory. I also decided to fix up the lift hill lights to make them even brighter and more glorious than before, and I think it really does the ride justice now. Overall, this remaster of Aurora is a bit of a benchmark to show how far we've come in Planet Coaster in the course of a year, and I'm happy to say the improvement is immense! Anyways, I hope you guys enjoy this remaster of arguably one of my favourite coasters I've had the pleasure of building, and stay tuned for more stuff in the very near future!

This looks like NL2, which is about the best compliment I can give a planet coaster project.
After all that teasing on Discord it's here at last! Love it, the coaster and the lighting are amazing obviously, but I also love how you filmed it - all the offride shots look like they were filmed by somebody and still look great. Really adds to the realism. Fantastic work!
Also, I hate giving awards that compare to others, but this might seriously be the smoothest coaster I've ever seen in this game.

I didn’t know it needed remastering but ok, love the elements and it looks very similar to Fury in the way that everything is just another level up from the rest of the B&M hypers and Gigas
Looking back, it definitely needed some work! The shaping was off in places and some of the elements didn't really work haha, but I think this new version fixes alot of those issues. And for sure, all gigas are pretty similar in the way they build on from eachother 🙌

When I first clicked on this video I thought this was NL2 but then I realized it was planet coaster and I was blown away this is honestly the smoothest and Best creation I have seen in planet coaster amazing job.
This coaster is incredible! Like if I it didnt say i would have said this was no limits! It all ties together, the lighting the smoothing the layout the realism the cinematics to create one of the best coasters I've ever seen in planet coaster! Keep it up!

Wow, it has purple, my favorite color and then light blue, my 2nd fav color, and then mixed with a black sky which looks incredible, beautiful colors on this coaster

And I'm sitting here trying to figure out how to do anything other than build the basic layout of a coaster with planet coaster. Hats off to you, this is amazing, I don't think I've ever seen anything better in planet coaster. You also perfectly nailed what I love about gigas mixed with something realistic for b&m. They like to make big slow hills, but I like gigas like I305 that stay fast always. This is the perfect mix.

Absolutely! It would make getting good looking coasters alot easier for sure
They really need to make a thick spine option for the B&M coasters because they all look very weak and thin. When seeing these coasters in real life, they look powerful and sturdy because of the thicker spine.

I still strive to see a b&m giga creation that isnt just fury 325 elements scrambled around. I mean the first five elments are exactly what fury does in its first half. It even has the treble clef i mean cmonnn
Honestly it's more of a mix between Fury and Orion. Alot of the elements are similar yes, but that's a B&M design standard. Most B&M layouts are very similar to eachother, so in the act of realism I wanted to take my favourite elements of both the gigas and combine them :)

Though the first two elements are fairly similar yes, the rest of the layout has some key differences! The overbank and sweeping helix draws inspiration from Orion, along with the speed hill, and I suppose the turn around is also Fury (but mirrored!) But yes, Fury was the main inspiration :)
