nice video but the construction process in reality would be very different.. as it would be very innefficient throwing away 50% of your work? it would be more practical to contruct it as it would be done in the factory... eg.. if it was done with steel ribbons .. each ribbon would be a flat surface... not tapering towards the long ends... same if it was CNC cut sheets

how to export that to CNC File
Try to use the Sketchup plugin Slicer
Use slicer
And Export it as dxf
And in camera use parallel projection
