I'd do 2 boiling hot baths at 15 to 30 minutes max. Would cover up in sweats and blankets after each bath. The most I've cut was 28.7 lbs in 3 days. Shit sucked and to top it off my opponent came in 6lbs over lol
alright I just want to get this clear you can do what Rampage has done to his car at 10:10 but I wouldn't do anything illegal if I were you.
Bisping didn’t make a mistake. It’s good to fight at your actual weight
Htf Weidman only eat peanut butter for like a week then kick someone's ass😂
Weigh ins should be on the day of the fight. These practices are CHEATING. But in a street fight there are no weight classes.
When I had to cut weight I was on the oatmeal cream pie diet! One or two of em a day and some water!
how much did you lose?
@@LosHitman 10-15 pounds 5 days before weigh in!
@@elichaffin6593 that sounds great but it surely ain’t healthy and you’ll prob lose muscle mass
Why not just eat a can of tuna or two a day instead ?
@@markus7166 tuna is gross but atleast it has nutritional value unlike oatmeal cream pies
When I was boxing, I fruit and veggie dieted for weight cuts. Not the big ones either. Pears, kiwi, berries, zucchini, cucumber, squash, melon, mango, and a good old classic garden salad. If I got hungry, I could eat an avocado once every 2-3 days. I am normally around 200 and I competed at 175.
Not sure why fruit and veggies are seen as such a mystical food source sometimes. People are so obsessed with the shakes, powders and pills they forget the old saying "you are what you eat".
How's it sneaky to cut hair for weight cuts? They're not bigger than the other guys just because they don't have unhelpful hair adding to their weight on the scale
At least Miesha looked good at the weight in.
I have black coffee and chewing gum its the easiest way to not want food
They should hydrate test and make more weight classes so this won’t happen. Weight cutting is scary.
still waiting for the top ten fighter talking in the cage during the fight moments, let's see how many times I'm gonna have to repeat this comment before I get my wish, this is the 5th time I believe😁
I had no idea diuretics were banned.
I know this is really random thing to say, but I like to imagine Jesus before being crucified had to weights cuts.
Wtf this is mad due to I’m weighing in tomorrow for my fight and put my self thru hell today and this comes out that’s crazy ngl
Good luck bro, Oss ❤️
@@marleycummins1675 thanks mate respect oss 🥊
Not the first and won't be the last, but dear god weight cuts are stupid as fuck and should be heavily governed if not outright banned
Not really
Cowboy and Paul felder using fight milk.
You guys need to do another "Weirdest moments in MMA." I love that shit!
Peanut butter is not that crazy.
