It works!!! After you've copied the command code, make sure that in the letters "xml" at the end of the code there isn't a dash after the letter "m" so for example: xm-l || It happened to me and once I made the correction it worked.

I have followed the video step by step and the process worked 100%. Meanwhile I have another issue and need help me to resolve it, I have a Samsung ATIV book 9 plus US version with windows 8 enterprise installed but unable to upgrade to windows 8.1 through the Store or windows website and have tried most of the tricks to install it with a generic key but it didn't success. Please advise all options you have to overcome this issue.

hey man , my problem is that my windows store isn't working because i live in a restricted country (sudan). i tried to get it to work using vpn but it still does work. so what do ya think?

I have a white screen with the word STORE and an ARROW in the upper right hand corner.
Then there is a message which reads:--
"We weren't able to connect to the store. This might have happened because of a server problem or the network connection timed out. Please wait a few minutes and try again. ((0x80072ee2)"
I tried many times with no luck. How do I get out of this blasted white screen. I'm not interested in any STORE. I just want to use my computer. Thanks.......George

This worked for me to open my store app! But now my weather app/calendar app, and all other apps wont open!!!!

Well sometimes when you "disable" Windows Update(type Services in the search option in charms bar and click View local services)there r many options to go there)) this problem surfaces....For those who have disabled Windows Update Enable it and set to automatic option....and you have your windows store working....

LouLou4 In the search bar type proxy make sure all the proxy is empty and turn it off (if your using your home internet) specially if you see something you dont recognized, mine had the page i had downloaded a software from... I had download a program that thought was legit to installed and it messed with my proxy setting, preventing my App Store to work but my internet worked...
