How was the wind on the balcony with it being open on both sides?
I am very tempted to do butler..price is about $2500 difference..are the rooms/balcony bigger with butler category?

Had no problem at all with the wind up there. It was a terrific room. I don't know the answer to the second question.

How was the butler service? What did you have them do for you? I heard they will reserve pool chairs early in the morning for you. Do they throw down some of your personal items to secure and identify the chairs for you? Thanks

The butlers were stellar. Didn't use the pool area but if you wanted a covered place on the beach, they would put a sign on it " Reserved for Mr and Mrs xxx". Probably do that at the pool also. They would make all dinner reservations for you wherever you wanted to eat that evening and specially decorate your table at the restaurant and escort you there from your room. They would serve you dinner on your balcony with dinner from any restaurant on property. When you arrive at the resort, they give you a cellphone to call them for whatever you wanted or needed. We scuba dive every day, so they would have a bubble bath ready and waiting for our return to the the room and then bring us lunch while we rested after diving. Once you go butler, it is very difficult not to the next time.
