fun fact- our body functions follow a cycle, so when you change timezones that cycle gets messed up. Usually your bladder decreases function when you're asleep but when you change timezone it doesn't know to- it continues to function as if it's daytime. That's why you've been waking up to pee!
I know you guys probably already have your favourite suncreams but I used to burn on every single holiday and I would you various different suncreams but my dermatologist recommended one to me a few years ago and it has changed my skin!!! It is incredible and I don’t need to keep reapplying throughout the day it’s called altruist. If you see this comment please look it up you might love it.
