A nicely done video, and as such, it belongs to the better half of the 'educational' videos on network topics found on youtube.
As a technical sidenote: As much as I love 'arp' and 'ifconfig' myself, most Lunix distributions have deprecated the 'net-tools'' package. So, Ubuntu seems not to have done this yet, but it's only a question when they will do theat, not if they will do that.
A future viewer of this video might therefore find some parts of your otherwise helpful videos to be of no help for them.
Another sidenote: you have not grouped the commands by anything (at least this is how it appears to me) ... a bit of grouping would be helpful. ... Like #1 commands for basic interface setup #2 commands for ip routing #3 commands to debug particular important protocols #4 more general commands.
I also had not hesitated to at least mention 3 more tools: tcpdump, hping/hping3 , iperf/iperf3.
All of these need likely to be installed as they are probably not part of the standard installation, but they are hugely helpful (albeit eventually out of the scope of your intended viewers).
Keep on doing such videos ... short enough not to scare the viewer by their length, detailed enough to give the viewer helpful information.
