To reduce the cost he puts low quality battery and if it is two motor car he removes one motor and one batterry it will run for some time but the pulling capacity is less and running time will be very less. I purchased one Jumbo bike he put a less powered batterry in that and one car i purchased it he removed one battery and one motor. Be careful about the battery capacity and check the motors when you are purchasing with him
