Oooh its so good you get to see how they do the makeup! It all looks so well organised and thought out! Still scary as heck though!! I like how they are permanent structures too, thats so good instead of having to scramble to get things up and down!🎃 So glad you were invited out to show us all the details!
Field of Screams definitely scares the pants off of us, even now - but it was so cool to get a look behind the curtain, see how everything comes together, and meet the people who scare because they care! 😁 This was the coolest thing we did all season long, and will undoubtedly be one of our favorite spooky memories of all time! Thanks for watching, Hannah!
Sorry I'm late on this one! That is so awesome that they saw your vlogs and invited you to a peek behind the curtain! That is INCREDIBLE! Congrats you guys, that's so cool! Katie ... I'm not too sure about your pig "friend" in the pig house.. he makes me a little nervous LOL! Wow, the costumes and props department is SO cool. The amount of stuff that it takes to make the magic happen is incredible, wow. A private tour of the of some of the houses and scare areas! That's so awesome. Although I would be screaming the entire time hahaha! Your interview segment is so well done! I agree with the owner, it looks like there is never a lack of action there haha! Awesome video as always you guys! This looks like such an awesome place to visit!!
You’re not late, you’re right on time; Halloween is but a few days away! 😁 We were so lucky to be invited out to this amazing property and the tour did not disappoint. The Pig friend was a bit of a “ham” for the camera 👀 but he’s really quite the gentleman! As for the screaming, well…they don’t call it ‘field of screams’ for nothing! 😂 Thanks so much for watching!
Is the crab-walking clown not THE BEST?? 🤩 Definitely ups the experience in the circus vignette! The team was so kind and accommodating inviting us out, so grateful that we were able to share the behind the scenes with everyone! They are changing the game at FOS!
@@timandkt I used to work with Justin and I own a couple of his masks and I ended up doing an 800 Mi round trip from Massachusetts just to go to Field of Screams and it was well worth the trip and money. That school bus is the entire reason I went I was like wait that's a bridge holy shit I need to see this
This was so awesome! The waffle looked amazing, especially the one you had Tim! I love how you got to walk through the maze and see what it takes to get all the actors in costumes and makeup. This seems like an amazing place!
FOS is an absolutely amazing haunt and we were so lucky to be invited out to peek behind the curtain! And the ‘wocket’ is a culinary masterpiece, we look forward to it every visit 😁 Thanks for watching, Connor!
Having seen your vlogs on their events it’s no surprise that behind the scenes is so well organized. Operations look like a well oiled machine. So happy you guys are getting the VIP treatment, y’all are producing such amazing content for FOS! Yayyyy you got food this time.
I was not gonna let that Wocket slip through my fingers twice in a row! 😂 Operations at FOS are top notch, everything is timed out to the millisecond and fires at exactly the right moment. We are so thankful for Jim and Gene and that they’ve allowed us to visit in this capacity, so in turn we feel that the content has to reflect how amazing the event actually is! 😁 Thanks for watching, guys!
As you probably know I Ven get jump scares from time to time but the real real I love horror and haunts are not only a decent plot BUT I'm there for the details, the make up, the costumes and man this was my jam to a T! I was drooling at the screen with the behind the scenes goodness. Thank you guys! And it makes our hearts so happy that you got to do this. Like for reals man, y'all deserve it. ❤🎉 We def want to add this to next years spooky season!
FOS is so detail-oriented, the team blows our collective minds a little bit more with every visit! We were beyond grateful for the invitation to put the haunt under the microscope and see what makes it tick! Definitely add it to your list for next year, you will not be disappointed! 😁 Thanks for watching!
What an exciting time! They are so organized and do such a good job. Ohhh the chainsaws, I get chills from here. I've never heard of these Wockets...but I think I'd really like them, they look so yummy. Crazy they plan it out so far in advance and have people working year round. The ones in the "water" in Nocturnal Wasteland are so awesome. Totally wicked video you guys.
Field of Screams has really raised the bar for haunts in our book, which is why we love going! The team works so hard to liven things up and pushing past the limits every year; and for every new thing we notice there's sure to be a dozen things that we miss, which means there's always a good reason to come back again! 😊 Thanks for watching, Kaylee; there's a wocket here with your name on it if you're ever in our neck of the woods during spooky season!
My goodness, could y’all have done any better! Shout out to reporter Katie, hitting with the hard questions. This was so awesome. Lights on is my kind of haunt! 😂
It was a no-limit kind of day! 😁 Interviews and reporting are a bit foreign to us, but Katie did a phenomenal job and Jim was a fantastic interviewee! We do seem to be at our best during spooky season. Thanks for watching, Christina!
Truly a spectacular haunt, and well worth a visit for sure! We actually didn't do the contacting, in this case; we were approached and invited by co-owner Jim Schopf while on the property for a prior offseason event a few months ago. 😎 So thankful that they opened their doors to us!
@@hauntsandamusements Actually our previous video from the 2022 opening weekend was on hospitality night, when creators and influencers were invited out in advance and given press badges which allowed them (us) to film inside the houses on the condition that we not release full ‘walkthrough’ videos that spoil the haunt for prospective visitors. Our videos from the 2021 season, as well as our two off-season visits this year (Valentine’s Day and Halfway to Halloween) are from normal operating nights 😃
Mad props to your friend Juliet! The Asylum was absolutely terrifying this year, we love all the FOS staff and scare actors! 😁 Glad our video brought some laughter to your spooky season!
It's such a hard choice! We've really grown to love every scene as we've gotten to see more and more of the tiny details and the craftsmanship of the ride, but I think the junkyard scene will always be up there for us. 👀
@@Fortnitekid12352 No, the junkyard is the scene near the end where the giant claw comes down into your trailer. It’s also the scene where Nocturnal Wasteland crosses right overhead through the school bus. ☺️
I’m afraid we can’t speak to the scare actors’ terms of employment or the type of masks that they use, but I think we can definitely say that the team at Field takes spectacularly good care of their actors and that everyone who works there ‘scares because they care’. 🙂 You don’t have to take our word for it, though; we would strongly recommend visiting the haunt to do a vibe check for yourself! I think you might be pleasantly surprised.
@@timandkt but shouldn’t a for profit business taking in millions annually be paying their staff? They are taking advantage of them and a sweatshirt and food and a sense of community is simply not enough and not fair. Every other haunt in the region pays their staff.
Have you visited Field of Screams before? If so, what's your favorite attraction? 🎃
Den of darkness top noch
Going on the 15th

Very fun video, looking forward to future videos. FOS is always a great time.
Thanks so much! 100% agree, FOS is flawless and they keep improving on perfection every year! 👻
Oh please come back this year !!
Of course we’re coming back! 😁 Already have three Field nights on the calendar and more sure to come! We can’t wait to see you all again!
This looks so cool! I can’t wait to go today!

I have to say pig barn or toxic waste dump

Ohh that one I thought you were talking about the one we’re the person pretends to shoot you that is the one before the junkyard
It amazes me how this is a multi million dollar haunt and they don’t pay their actors and they use cheap zagone masks instead of silicone masks.
