Omg i was going to start my hermes journey for a picotin (plus i have a baby shower and some weddings coming up and will need presents anyway) but then i caved and bought a picotin 22 preloved because it was exactly the one i wanted (barenia faruberg gold hardware). Had been stalking the website for a while unsuccessfully, and even though I would have settled for a burgundy or dark purple, I’m glad I didn’t go the boutique route if it meant I would be pressured to get one I didn’t originally want in the same manner as getting from the website (ie. Worried the next woman will swipe it from me and having to decide on the spot).
Exactly! Even though I don't regret buying my Picotin at all but it wasn't the exact color that I would've wanted. I was partly forced to make decision on the spot because I knew the next chance to come across a Picotin at the boutique would be slim. I'm glad you went for the pre-loved market to get the exact color combination you want. ♥♥♥

I love the Picotin! Mine is blue royal in TM leather which I like coz it has more structure compared to the clemence leather.
