just to share if your RGB control panel is not working or 'off', please roll back to previous version of Nvidia driver. My GTX 1070 suddenly stopped working - so after I rolled back to an older version of the driver, it started to work again. Thanks also to Palit support team which replied me on my email super fast!

Hi Sir, you may try the option "Load on Startup" so
ThunderMaster will show up on the taskbar once Windows starts up. This option is in the "Setting" section.

Hi Sir, save BIOS is mainly to save the BIOS data so if unfortunately there are issues occur to the card, you can send the saved file to our technical support team for analysis. Thank you!

Why cant I specify the exact number setting on the overclocks? The adjustment bar is so twitchy that setting the exact amount is very hard to do. Barely usable, please improve!

I am currently using a rtx 2060 super jetstream and when I repasted and cleaned the gpu, the RGB cannot be controlled anymore, when I click the lighting tab and turn it on, there is no options in it, what could be the problem? The gpu works btw just not the RGB controls

I have 6 GPUs and 2 of them always turn their leds on every time I reboot even though I have turned them off in Thunder Master.
I just open Thunder Master and then close it so they turn off. Is there a reason for this? How can I stop the leds from turning on forever?

This is brand new and looks like made in 1990s. Very BAD interface. Ugly as well. You should of sticked with the old interface or if you did it to integrate the new Nvidia feature tools, you should of paid more for a real software engineer. Who approved that?!
ps Im really sorry that this has to be your first comment but its bad & has no touch with reality or today's standards. Its clunky & awkward to use. And take half of my screen. This is not an improvement from the old design. Just the opposite. I have SuperJetsream cards and I love them but thats.....bad. Did you even asked for other people's opinions before you release that?! Like consumers?

Agreed... There's so much to nitpick about, like the status window that is kinda useless without mouseover info. I mean, we have Afterburner, which has been doing it's job for years now, if you wanna make an alternative/ripoff, why not do a decent job in the first place?

when i open thundermaster it shows up for 3 seconds then auto closes how to fix.

You can click "Restore All" button, and then it will erase all board setting in a specific profile, including OC, Fan, LED setting.
@@PalitMedia hello,for some reasons i usually have more than 500fps but when i get max fps its capped to 255 fps (Gpu gtx 1660s stormx)
