I have the original corded version of the Cleanslate and it’s been very reliable. Only issue I’ve had is the trigger for the solution gets stuck spraying and have to push it back to stop. But having an elderly dog with bladder problems it sees almost daily use, and has never let me down. Though the cordless one seems a lot quieter. The corded one was always a little on the loud side.
The hose on this machine is actually borrowed from a previous model carpet extractor. It can be disassembled and cleaned out but be careful there's a spring that can go flying. Often running a little bit of vinegar through the machine can help as well.
I have the onepwr bagged upright from Hoover mostly per your recommendation. I’ve been happy with it. If you end up recommending this product I’d buy one but I’ll wait for your full review.
My only thing to note is that Hoover keeps using that boneheaded solution trigger assembly that’s been around since the OG Steam Vac, and it does nothing but go wrong, get stuck, leak, and otherwise be a nuisance. They really just need to make something more robust.
Hart (tti) makes the older model of this that usually goes on sale at Walmart for 59 dollars. It has the hose washout but is not battery powered…. I think it’s worth the price… would like to know your thoughts
I found your channel a couple weeks ago and have been learning so much about vacuums!! I have a large house with almost all hardwood floors. Do you have a mop/wet vac machine that you recommend?
I have hard surface floors with the exception of runner rugs. I also have two dogs that shed way too much. I’m in Florida so sand can be an issue. My budget is anything under $500. I already know my wife is against cordless. Any recommendations?

Henry petcare 160
I love my corded Hoover cleanslate spot cleaner
Not completely related to this video, but when is Numatic or Nacecare going to bring over their "Quick" stick vacuum to North America?
It has been out for a few weeks now 🙂
@Performance Reviews hopefully dealers will start selling them online soon. All of the local vacuum stores in my area have gone out of business.
CJ Miller Vacuum in Harleysville, Pa has them.
Can you do some reviews on proteam vacuums? I only hear fantastic things about their sierrras (old) and the provacs
Send me one for review
@@PerformanceReviews Wow, not cool!
Do you know when the red Hoover onepwr bagged will be out?
Gosh I was thinking about that I think I'm going to contact Hoover and ask.
@@PerformanceReviews any update?
Seems like that was just a rumor and not going to happen when I emailed Hoover about it. 😭
Nice machine
The accent is hot! How come we never get to see you?
