In story 1, he should’ve just communicated to his wife “hey, I came across this possible opportunity for a dream I’ve always wanted for myself.” Explain what it is & ask for thoughts. I would say Ascon 3 for OP & Ascon 4 for wife. She could’ve & should’ve been open-minded, but he should’ve talked to her about it 1st.

The last day for school around here is June 21 - June 26, depending on the school.
I don’t consider 60 old (since I’m 52). 🤣 My grandma lived to be 97, two months short of her 98th birthday.

Lmao 😂😂 if I was getting smoothies and coffees and food for free, my husband would encourage me to keep going over there.😂😂 and make sure I bring him something back home. and he thinks it’s kind of funny when people try to talk to me if they don’t see us together, and he comes out of nowhere like hi!😂😂but if I was doing something that made my partner feel uncomfortable I will stop immediately. I remember I used to take public transportation. We lived in a bigger city and when he was at work, I would take the bus or Uber. I never learn how to drive and I was comfortable with my lifestyle not having a car even though he wanted to get me a car. I turned it down at the time. Well, I was friends with one of the drivers and we would chat here in there. It made my husband feel very uncomfortable. At first I thought he was being a little dramatic and also in the past he had infidelity and I just thought it was his own insecurities. It was, but I was talking to a friend that gave me the truth and asked how would I like it, I got mad because this person knows about the infidelity and know how bad it hurt me,😂 but they said he’s not the same person and I realized I was in the wrong so I cut up communication.

can tell you that danish elementary and middle school students are still in school until like late june-ish, where they’ll be starting school again in mid august. i, a uni student, have been out since mid may and will start again in september.
On the first story, I would like to hear the wife's POV. I feel like OP is leaving something out from the story why his wife was so upset. There might have been some reason why she didn't want him to go besides what he's stated.
