As someone who mains a bleed warden, here is my thoughts. Both sets gotta be damage. You are on a warden, no need for defensive or utility sets when you have it in your class kit already. Some sets i run are Twin Sisters when in Cyrodiil or IC. All it takes is a simple block to trigger, good for fighting groups and stam recovery on top. Dragons Appetite is one of my main sets that i use for all content. On par with Deadly with a nice little heal and a nice chunk of stam recovery. And the most important set of them all is Blood Drinker. This set makes me giggle. Pair this with Dragons or Deadly and you have a meta melter on your hands.... Get rid of the Orc and go Woodelf. May not have the weapon damage but it makes up for it with the 2x max stamina and the 1000 penetration. On top of that, they give a shite ton of stam recovery and 5% bonus speed to ALL movement, not just running. Lastly, get rid of spin to win and switch to the Chinese knockoff of Templar jabs. Youll thank me later... These are just my thoughts, have a good one bro!

I'm starting from scratch, what do I do? Do I level 7 heavy or 7 medium or do I do a mix of 4 heavy and 3 medium? I'm new and I don't have multi enchantment so I don't know how to start, what do you advise?
Do a combination of leveling heavy, medium, and light! I always try to run a combination of 3 heavy, 3 medium, 1 light. That gives you the best combination of passives. Also just mix it up then if you don’t have multi enchants. Maybe do a health on your heavy pieces (which should be your helm, chest, legs) and then do stam on your hands, feet, shoulders, then one magic on your waist piece!
Why does everyone complain about arena weapons? Crying for nerfs. Instead just add better sets that way you get diversity without making sets useless. It's that easy

Warden healing is so shit if you don’t run a lot of health polar wind is garbage forcing you to run vigor and vines, three heals as opposed to two on most other classes. Polar wind hits for 6-7k in no cp with 38k health, while a dk, nb or Templar can burst heal for well over 12-14k without having to waste points into health.
To be fair every build you come out with runs one of 5 sets and if they dont there not good 👌 games 10 years old and still has the same issues theres no diversity in builds it's gonna kill eso in less ur a pve player then none of this crap even matters and that's facts exactly why people like Feng rush left and left us with copy and paste content creators
I try to be diverse with my builds but it’s hard when there is such a defined meta of what works and what clearly doesn’t. I try to be creative but zos has punished creativity in PvP theory crafting so idk what to tell you. I’d love to do wacky builds there’s a difference between having fun with a build and also having unrealistic expectations for what you want content creators to do.

I’ve been rocking the MagDen Breton, nobody can kill me other than a StamDen. However I destroy pretty much anything and anybody. MagDen is OP.

FengRush still plays every other day. I agree this meta is stale but it’s only because next patch we get game changer, spell crafting
