Great looking figure and I loved that movie. I think there may be a sequel to it too. That stand is pretty nice. If I remember correctly I think that Damtoys did something similar to their Assassin’s Creed stands as well. Its nice to have the option of not using the holder and to be able to cover up the peg hole for it. Why they decided to add a tab to pull out the cover is a bit weird though. They could have sculpted in a rock or something to make it less visible though.
I have never seen a peg in a stand before so this baffled me. I didn't know anyone else had done this before. LOL You're right though . . . a rock or a combo of rocks would have made a ton of sense. I mean if you pose the figure, and it effortlessly stands up . . . the holder is not really needed. On the other hand, no matter how well they stand, if you are in earthquake country, it does matter. Of course, we are . . . sigh. I've only felt a couple of bad ones, but still it's not worth the risk to not use the stands. 🤗 🤗 ❤️ 🤗 🤗
@@UndergroundActionFigures I use the stands for two reasons. One being for my own peace of mind since I usually have more than one figure on each shelf. If one fall over then it could take other figures with it. Some of the parts tend to be too fragile to risk breaking. The other reason is because of the name tags. It drives me absolutely nuts if one figure have its name displayed and another doesn’t LOL!
I hear you. I have to have uniformity myself. It drives my hubby up the wall. BUT THEN AGAIN, he is a bit OCD about the woodwork stuff he does. So we're all even!!! 🤪
