1900 y 1904 no cuentan para la Fifa y no debiese contar para nadie ya que fué solo una exhibición y jugaron colegios, ni siquiera eran selecciones. El primer torneo con selecciones fué en 1908 y desde ahí debiera contarse como lo ha sido siempre.
