  • Thanks to Evgeny in Moscow I have a modified aerodrums camera that does away with the very distracting bright light you get with the stock system & also the whole thing is now less light sensitive generally.
As you can see it plays excellently, once I re-calibrated the kit to the new tech.
it's a new lens & filters visible light and a housing that has IR LEDs..
    clever huh.
You see me test using my hybrid setup & modded sticks as I've done for many years now with aerodrums.
    go to aerodrums forum
    aerodrums.com/...
and read johnnym1984's posts if you are interested in your own camera..
postage to me in UK was 16 days.
any questions let me know 'in comments' as they say.

Hey. It's an old mesh head, this allows me - in combination with the slightly modified sticks to hit a surface which stock aerodrums can't really do.
Benefits include the bounce/rebound sensing, so realistic snare rolls & ghosts are much easier. Could also use a mesh for Tom's but tend not to bother.

Depends on his parts costs per each build so would be unfair to be too specific but between £60-100 🧐
