Darude. What a legend. I was born in 1991 so I missed the early club scene, but Sandstorm made me a fan of electronic music from a young age, and I never looked back. So I totally agree that Darude was a major component of making electronic music mainstream and infiltrating North America.

The pattern seems to be that he only smiles in situations he wouldn't rather avoid (whenever I've seen him in interviews I've always got the impression that he doesn't mind doing them but he'd much rather be doing something else).
