No, they didn't do this storytelling videos, with the band not appearing (or just in cameos) more often in the past, it's just every now and then if it fits the song.
MC Thunder (2017) starring HandOfBlood, drummer David in a cameo,
Nice Boi (2019) all band members in cameos,
MC Thunder II (2020) starring HandOfBlood,
Arrow of Love (2022) starring Kalle Koschinsky.
Just realised it's every two years since 2017, so maybe next year there might be another one 😂

I think in this case it's because of the Character "MC Thunder". They wanted to connect the two parts visually. Normally they show themselves in nearly every video.
