My main throne deck has 4 legendaries only, which i actually used only a few times, broken legendaries are not a must for make you rank 1 on throne.

I'm new in the game. Is this game viable to a new player? (Viable: Not spend 10.000 hours, to get a nice amount of resources) As every TCG the matchmaking suck balls and it matches with guy with stronger decks. Could I farm resources only playing with the IA?

Yha. you get plenty of cards, easy for free. Just do what is mentioned in the video, and you have plenty of cards real fast.
