This song hits the hardest if we have those regrets if not being able to give back and let them rest from those tiring days they spent for us. Regrets prolly due to some unforeseen events. Event where they can no longer hear our “thank you” and gratefulness towards them. Regrets prolly because we don’t have the capability yet of returning the favor (though they never ask for it). Josh - Never met his dad. Singing his part and creating a memory that does not exist. Became independent from her mom during his highschool days. Ken - Both parents are Overseas Filipino Workers. Grandparents stood as his father and mother figures. Her grandma recently died. He wants to give back but he felt that it was too late. Pablo - His dad is an OFW too. He helps the family now as one of the elder brother amongst his siblings. Alot of children in the Philippines experience being brought up by only one parent or by grand parents and alot of parents don't see their children growing up. Children grew up or mature faster here because they see poverty face to face. And understand the sacrifice and choices that must be made in order to have a future. So there's alot of yearning there, that's a soft spot that even people who matured faster hasn't grown out off that's why you can see people crying alot to this, let's not mention the fact that some people lost these figures too.

Alot of children in the Philippines experience being brought up by only one parent or by grand parents and alot of parents don't see their children growing up. Children grew up or mature faster here because they see poverty face to face. And understand the sacrifice and choices that must be made in order to have a future.
So there's alot of yearning there, that's a soft spot that even people who matured faster hasn't grown out off that's why you can see people crying alot to this, let's not mention the fact that some people lost these figures too.
