My guess would be a bot. Bots hack themselves into the ground so they are not that obvious to players to avoid being reported as well as avoiding unnecessary fights with random enemies in the open world. The AFK-camera jumps randomly to players, minions or landmarkpositions - here it happens to jump to a character inside the ground. Usually lalafells are used as character race due to their smaller size. Funfact: There is one spot in Eastern Thanalan (southeast area with the yellow calamitycrystals) where you have to pickup an ore of a small rock to advance the MSQ. Last time I went there I was able to see some player names (only the last few letters) sticking out on the side of the small rock - appearing for couple of seconds and disappearing again.

Scream is Goated. I listen to this almost every morning driving to work. Driving in slow traffic makes me want to scream after all.
I would add the last boss fights song in the Nier raids. They made smart songs.
