That's a brilliant question, Hemy! With the world changing so frequently, no single design is considered out at this point. It's really a matter of designer preference and that of the clients as well. All of the ones you mentioned are still popular although vertical is probably the one most often seen. Horizontal and crescent designs are still available too and again it depends on the event, the client and the designer. That's a great question! You could use any sturdy foliage such as pittosporum, Italian ruscus, eucalyptus, or myrtle. The pittosporum may need to be pruned a bit to achieve that delicate look for the crescent design. Hope this helps, and thanks so much for watching our show.
