You’ve gotta love Foxy, such a humble bloke but he’s lived some life, top man, respect 👍
The only time I've said "I reckon I'll go two plates" is at a Toby Carvery
His modesty shines! Old enough to be the father of some of those rugby lads, half their size, and probably able to take them all down by himself. Physically and mentally elite
Yeah he's probably got 10-20+ years on them.
lol he is not half their size
Imagine how intense a sas vs sbs game would be 😂 stud athletes who are animals mentally you know those boys put it on each other in those games
Pretty sure that shit happens some times. Classified of course.
Well done Royal. Mental strength always matches physical strength 🇬🇧🇬🇧
Top effort Foxy you must be double the age of those bears👊💯
Love this guy. Humble, easy on the eyes
he's a machine and seems a great guy imagine how messy it would get having a beer with them guys 🤣
Still in great shape Foxy , impressive
love this , why hasn't jason fox has his own tv show and billy and ollie please
Foxy has, he did a cartel documentary, channel 4 if I remember right
@olliejeffery5992 I've seen it but I'm saying he should be presenting his own tv show , podcast etc , he's excellent at it and love watching him
Fantastic! Mr Fox 😍😍 xx
When he puts on the weighted vest if you pay attention closely you can see in his eyes , his like where is the ammo pouches , this man’s been through hell a true hero
Its crazy seeing him look small by comparison, but what a beast!
My hometown club ❤️ great to see Foxy getting stuck in there
Foxy in really good shape.
Man is a Beast
They definitely need to throw on a pack now and go for a walk with Foxy at his pace
Foxy is a legend…..
Gotta remember Fox here is like 47 yr old, he's done great can see he's real strong and in great nick, kitted up with an heavy pack over the Beacons most would struggle and fail and at the finnish to be told right go back then that's Hard, Fox would fly it.
I reckon the BRistol Beers shud do 60 second pull up beach with a knee up at 30 secs then they will be able to play the flank left blind 2 even beta
now take them out for a 10-mile tab over the beacons lol
YOMP.
TAB!
@@1980alsful PONGO.
@@Me-oz7eg 😂 fair
@1980alsful It wasn't your fault the careers office lied to you. 😞
Put a rucksack on and race over 50/60 miles and see who wins!!! I know who I'd bet on!
Impressive for his age
Unit.
All he needs to do now is do a professional Rugby league clubs training session
Thing is people don't understand being fit for one disaplin doesn't make you fit in everything in war he'd still make them look like desk jockies
Foxie can handle the explosive stuff AND full-on endurance, which the rugby guys dont need to do.
Rugby players are just chunky monsters aren't they, got to be the hardest grouo of people on the planet. A group of MMA vs a group of these guy I would pick these guys.
What an ignorant comment
You’d choose rugby players over a group of trained fighters assuming in a fight?
@crotabustysonoforyx7920 Absolutely, these fellas can fight and they are super strong. Watch some of there fight on RUclips they are hard as nails.
@@Dnelleb. absolutely do...
@Dnelleb. You obviously have no idea what Rugby is do you.
A ))GROUP(( not individual a group of rugby players vs a group of MMA fighters definitely.
Too old now fox boy
Sorry, but I don’t think a lot of these guys are full natty. Too much at stake.
Are you joking ? These guys aren't full Natty. Even SAS Lad, he's definitely been on some "TRT" at some point. Look at the Navy Seals, they're all on it

Hi. That’s what I suspected. I could have been clearer. Come back from abroad with Brachialis bulging- US standards food supplements? ‘Nandros’ ;)Young rugby players too!
Used to feel
Sorry for some RM recruits back-coursed when I saw some of others getting by - one all over social media and allegedly big timing at a wedding when I know he was on it seriously from a young age.
@freakybeaky1 its unfortunate that society is now riddled with there use. The gym I train at, which is just a cheap 24hr gym, is full of them, from every age. I've done BJJ & Muay Thai & I think to myself, Jesus, these guys would be hard to stop just because they're so strong. I'm 6'2 & 190lbs, eu natural

Pretty much the same. Cheers. People think I was fixated on subject.
Penny only really dropped when older…
I got roped-in to box a lad- who would be on it - he later became a doorman-and I would compare his bludgeoning strength to another I trained Kali/ JKD/ shooto with. He was brilliant. Thai kicks! Shins like concrete bollards- ex swimmer, a pro PT, used to administer the ‘ranch-dressing’ in the glutes for him. Another lad was still able to burst a training helmet (from in the Mount) when I eased up, thinking the spar was over. He got into the Fire Service.
..was years ago and they were supposed to be the few.
I trained but still can’t get away with shorts with my body shape. ‘Thinnest ankles in Nato.’ :)
Rugby guys: a young pro-PT, attended trials with a good mate who reacted to an unexpected test with: ‘I’m not passing this.’
Used to be they didn’t get tested at that stage; would stop soon after and still get gains for a long time and..pass tests playing at more senior levels.
I know of someone in HMF-many say is a great guy and a ‘machine’- let slip to me he’s done Insulin and HGH when a fitness pro. I believe he’s probably been getting boosts from it since.
The environment and being in a gang of major league door knockers? I know the types. As well as tussling with a drunken teenager and feeling that ‘weight’ in them. Yours Aye.
The guys a machine..Now get the pack on , carry the weapon and a 10 mile yomp in boots. 👏
