    Been feeling kind down, but his little paracord guy made me smile (after I wove him into life). Thanks for the great vid)

    If you cut the loop down to the head and don't burn it, the fray from the cord could be hair

      Neat idea!

      Great idea. I will use it. Thanks. Instead of cutting the loop add a piece of paracord to cut to make hair.

    These make great Scout activities and work as keychains, zipperpulls, and backpack embellishments. I made a Baby Yoda based off this design. I did a green loop and tied a diamond knot (including an extra green piece through the diamond knot for the ears like another video posted), then cut and fused the two tail ends together around a brown strand. With the brown strand, I tied the emperor knot, followed by two snake knots, then cut and fuse without the extra overhands for the feet. Makes the best looking Baby Yoda para-bro I’ve seen... much better than the other videos have posted. The emperor knot design is superior. Thank you!

    Love these. Make them from my scraps for the zippers on all my bags and packs. They can be made with just under 2 ft of cord. But haven’t been able to finish one with less than 22 inches of cord.

    Genius! Great idea for the arms. That makes a very nice low-profile zipper pull.

    if you do two simple knots before making a head, you can make it look like a bear. I find that variation more interesting

    Your finish technic Is good, but in dark colors paracord it notice the white inners cord. Have you a technic to hide the White inners cords?

      If you lightly dab it with a Sharpe marker of the same color it tends to blend in a lot more, i thought it made it look like the sole of the buddy's shoes though.

      Take a piece of paracord of the same color, remove the one strands, melt it and smear it onto the white melted parts

    • @punkasspunkasspunk
      @punkasspunkasspunk 5 лет назад +2

      Separate colored threads from inner white strands, cut white strands close to knot. Melt ends, white will be hidden.
