안녕하세요 여리분! 일 년 동안 한국어 공부했습니다 한국어 조금 할 수있어오 (하지만 저는 한국어를 잘 못해요 T-T) This channel is great for not only learning Korean but also for understanding culture and little bits of knowledge! 감사함니다 for making it so fun to learn Korean!
this is interesting; i often use 마음에 들다 when I'm talking about clothes or objects that I like. it might not be used in terms of food but I have seen it used like that in other ways other than towards a person~
I just started watching these videos and I realized that I say "what am I going to do?", "hungry", and "Noisy" without knowing a lot of Korean. I even used them at correct time!
I'm very new here, great video! I am learning Hangul/Korean as a hobby, and this channel has some of the best and most approachable content for beginners. *Subscribed! THANK YOU 🙏
All the food-centric words/phrases make me happy lol I love eating. If I get to Korea the thing I want to do most is eat some delicious authentic Korean food mmmm. Thanks so much for the great word list once again. You're loads of fun Jaehwi, thanks for not only teaching but doing it in a way that makes it more enjoyable and makes me smile ^___^
Hi Salim Bouras, Thank you for posting. If you are referring to the word '좋아', it would be 'joa' rather than 'choa'. The consonant 'ㅈ' is more similar to the 'J' sound in English, and 'ㅊ' closer to the 'ch' sound. There is always the more formal conjugation of all verbs. (먹다=to eat) which would become "...먹습니까?" when asking someone to eat as a question. However many common Korean verbs will have an honorific counterpart that would be used when addressing higher ranking people such as a boss or parents. The honorific version of 먹다 is 드시다, when formally conjugated it would become (...드십니까?)
deathlyeagle Hi there, Thanks for taking the time to explain. :) I'd like to point out one thing that 먹습니까/드십니까 means "Do you eat" while 먹겠습니까/드시겠습니까 would be used to ask someone to eat something. 사과 드십니까? Do you eat apples? 사과 드시겠습니까? Would you like some apples? Regards, Team KoreanClass101.com

Is it possible to use 마음에들다 for job/work though? My Korean friend used to ask "마음에 들어요?" upon finding out I get a new job. Thx :)
Yes .
그 일 마음에 들어 (든다), 이물건(ex.음식food, 자동차 car) 마음에 들어 (든다)
you can use everything
In video "for people only" isn't right.
하승민 아~그래요.. 설명해주셔서 고마워요 승민 씨 ^^

How do you say when you want to eat something?
Hi Vanessa,
Thanks for your comment. You may say [~ (이/가) 먹고 싶-어요/어/다.]
i.e. Let's say you want some Kimchi. Then you'd say 김치가 먹고싶어요. 김치 먹고싶어. 김치 먹고싶다.
Hope my explanation helped!

How do you say "Is this halal?" In Korean?
Muna Abdi i'm guessing 이 할랄이야? Or 이거 할랄이야?
"이건 할랄이에요?"
what is "okay" in korean and " are you alright"?
Hi yhang29 solo,
It depends on the context, but usually 'okay' in Korean would be '알았어(informal)' '알았어요(formal)', and 'are you alright' would be '괜찮아(informal)', and '괜찮아요(formal)' .

yhang29 solo 근찬아 the Korean's probably wrong lol but i tried romanization gwenchena
Actually the above comment has the Hangul correct so look at that instead 😁
yhang29 solo okay is Arasso and are you alright is Gwaenchanha or Gwaenchanhayo you can use Gwaenchanha when your asking someone if their ok or if someone asks you if your ok😁
are you a korean?
Cuitie = 귀염둥이
Darling = 자기(야)
봄비 is romantic? I like it, but in Korea the rainy season is usually in summer and most Koreans seem scared of the rain. lol
와우... 오빠가 정말 귀엽네요 ㅋㅋㅋ ㄱㅅㄱㅅ
I like you Jaehwi. You are adorable!!!
I don't know I've never had Bulgogi, I might want it to be my boyfriend depending on how tasty it is!
Hey guys! For the 감사합니다 phrase, do I need to pronounce the "n" in the Gamsaham'n'ida? Or just exclude the 'n' so it becomes Gamsahamida? Thanks :D
spring rain said in Korean is the way you say buttcheek in Spanish lol
xD nice 😂😂
"Because you never want to be a girlfriend or boyfriend with bulgogi." Is that a challenge? You have underestimated my powers.
''because you never want to be girlfriend or boyfriend with bulgogi''why, because I might eat it?
This is the combination words - phrases why Teacher do not explain the part of them
귀염둥이 오늘 뭐했어?ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ
이걸 외국인에게 가르쳐 주다니 깜놀!ㅋㅋㅋ
bulgogi!!!!
