clash of calns is on google play beta, it's fair cause it doesn't give any advantage (kinda makes it even worse), but brawl stars on pc is just so much easier that it shouldn't be official
Also, if you hover over the control, the bottom left setting gear icon (hard to see) will appear, click that and you can manually change the X and Y coordinates. althought the button is off the screen for those two big circles at first so im not sure there might be an element list to go in to change settings, in that case just delete and readd.

on throwers or any brawler where you have to aim exactly where to attack the moba skill pad doesnt reach the full range when looking straight up or down do you know if theres a fix?

Are you meaning the big ones that I move out of the way of your WASD section? Sometimes they require a specific area to be clicked in order to be moved but you can also get by without having to move them if you turn the 'on screen controls' in bluestacks off. Hopefully this helps!

yep same it's not letting me drag the WASD keys at all. None of the larger joystick buttons can be dragged either

I'd suggest changing your graphics settings. Try lowering or increasing the cpu/ram utilization. also decrease resolution, dont play on fullscreen
