When you’re listening to Lara, you are not only listening to her angelic voice but also to her soul, which, in my honest opinion, is what makes us as audience intoxicated.
Such a great gift to have ever graced the Earth.
Lara. I don't know if you'll see these comments, but your voice is like a fine crystal, each recording you release, is beyond what the world deserves. Your gift just gets better and better, and your expressiveness, your stage presence is beyond fantastic. I've been a musician, composer, show producer, performer since the early 70s, and I know that I know what I'm talking about. You, Lara, are the "complete package" direct from God.
Great words to express my feelings since the very first notes I heared on the radio back in 1997. I'm virtually following Lara Fabian ever since all of the world. I'm "intoxicated" by her voice, her soul. Nobody compares.
Agree. Lara's gift is a greater gift to us who have the privilege of listening to her and are uplifted by it.
=>Max Allen. Your using the words "fine crystal" to describe Lara's voice is excellent. Why is crystal superior and considered a luxury? Crystal contains lead, which is why the glass is stronger, heavier and more resonant than ordinary glass. If anyone rubs their finger around the rim of a crystal glass they will hear a rich, solid ring, not a light, "tinny" sound, as you would do with ordinary glass. The singing world is full of common or garden glass singers!. "Crystal" is also means clear - "crystal clear" , transparent, not opaque. Maybe I run against the common wisdom, but even comparing the world's "best ever" voice with Lara, Barbra Streisand's is, for sure, "crystal clear", but, in my opinion, Lara's greater resonance and weight makes her crystal "richer". Thanks again for giving me some words. I' m not talking about the quality of her lyrics or performances . I bow to your experience, but from what I have seen and heard everything about Lara Fabian is Top.

I have been a fan of Lara since my 20’s , now I am 33rd years old, and I love her more than then. As more as I get old, the more That I love her, I have never read a comment like this, than you for describe Lara in that beautiful form.

Omg this is me and my grandfather! My grandma passed away a long time ago with cancer and he passed a year ago. I was looking for songs to dance with at my wedding, we are doing a bit of an “in memoriam” for him since he always wanted to see me get married. I think this is it. This song really made me cry, something I have not been able to do because of how suddenly he died.

Absolutely beautiful! It brings tears to my eyes. Lara is such an incredible singer. I agree with Frank Birche's comment below that I wish she would get more recognition here in the US. But she does have so many fans here in spite of not so much publicity and she certainly doesnt need the publicity because she is already a superstar. It would be nice to see her get it here as well though. I personally have flown to Florida, California, London and will go to NY in February to see her concerts.

I checked out your www.cellomovie.com music page. I looked for Lara Fabian's name somewhere. Didn't find it. Didn't she work with Randy Kerber on this soundtrack? You could have at least mentioned in his IMMENSE bio and the "A" list of wonderful singers he has worked with, that in this movie he has worked with Lara Fabian ( who is recognised as one of the world's most accomplished musicians....blah blah blah). Many think her song will make a great contribution to the film.She needs recognition as much as you do, so please be nice. There's nothing to be ashamed of. Au contraire. It's a beautiful video, beautiful song and beautiful performance and I am sure it will be a beautiful movie too!

I would really like Lara to get more recognition, particularly in the USA, for what she is. I love music and am awaiting the release of Cello with great interest.
Frank Birch I agree! I found her music by accident and she certainly is the best female singer out there. In 2002 I had the pleasure of going to her concert in Montreal - she is simply the best .

i've just watched the video to this wonderful song (heard it before) n it puts tears into my eyes n i started to cry like a little lost child. at the moment my mum is in hospital n got the diagnosis of cancer n demenz. this song/video expresses all that my heart can say at the moment... Hi. Thanks for the kind reply. Being a die hard Lara fan for years, whatever she sings, speaks or writes is a nectar from heaven to my ears. This has become one of my top favourite English songs by her. Her angelic head voice, resonance and unique accent all work magically. The lyrics are subtle and lucid yet emphatic and deep. It's like no other voice could have done justice to the song. I crave for a live version too. Hope she sings it one day in her concerts.
