I think Lou's first question was asked with good intentions(and had an insightful answer) and the way she continued to connect the different places the conversation went with the questions people asked was cool.
it's not about what French Revolutionaries would think. It's about the hypocrisy of Tillmans and other state/establishment-sponsored artists. Tillmans is more of a politician to me than an artist.
This interview truly shows : Wolfgang is the H& M of the 90ies photography. Repetitive in a bad way, technically irrelevant and stylistically passé. So overrated!
