Pretty sure nobody cares if you eat alone. I usually eat alone and nobody cares as well as when I go with my friends, I even don't put attention whether people eat alone or not. The one who cares/think about that just the one feeling insecure eating alone, I think. They think people gonna see moreover notice them. Fact, nobody does even know our/their existence except the waiter, as I know.
She ordered food n drink in front of the restaurant 😂 which is usually like that in SK but not in Indonesia, we usually sit down first and the waitress will come with menu. And she even asked permission for the camera, such a good mannered lady 😊
I think Selena Gomez ever did it too, while she came to Indonesia for his concert. She walk around to the mall in Jakarta by herself, and lucky fans know who is she, they take selfie together.
despite of everything, i'm glad that you can walk leisurely at Mall like that.. siting alone while enjoying simple meal without any disturbance.. but seriously, if you have a proper time to spend, you need to go to some culture event and try street food, nasi goreng from street stall somehow can compete tightly with the proper restaurant one in term of taste.. last, hope you enjoyed jakarta with your tight schedule.. please come and visit us again in the future..
