Im from the future and this movie ain't his longest one trust me.
It's literally his shortest movie.
@@Largentina. uhm yeah lol
Wish they would do another DOTD film based in this world. Army of the dead is fantastic but this film holds a special place in my heart. My favorite movie growing up was Return of the living dead so i was ecstatic seeing this in the theater. Very thankful for Snyder bringing the Zombie movie back!!!
My favorite zombie movie of all time. One of my favorite movies of ANY genre of all time.
Loved this movie. Watched it a couple of weeks ago. Will definitely watch it again after seeing this
I remember my cousin letting me borrow this movie and I literally couldn’t make it passed that amazing into but now after seeing it maybe 15-20 times it’s an amazing movie
An absolute masterpiece
The best zombie movie ever created if you ask me, even now. It’s the most real zombie movie I mean you have train to busan and world war z and they’re scary but mainly cgi and unrealistic so it’s like okay but not really. This was my first fast zombie movie I watched and I fell in love with it I watched it a lot and still love it.
Great being an extra in this.
I remember after the wardrobe change, they brought us to a room and we just dove onto a floor covered with coffee and soya sauce and covered our clothes.
I was stage 2 . gross thing was for continuity, getting back in the clothes the next day lol
I remember buying this particular dvd bc of all these exact extras that came with it.
Weird seeing a young zack snyder.
He's 39 here
Don't know why they didn't ask savini to do the effects, he is the master at it
11:36 12:34 what is that song called the guitar?!??
12:34 is Cop Killer from Ralph Weigand
@@lutzismail7874 THANK YOU!!!!! Been looking for this song, was dubbed over in the opening theme for WCW/nWo Souled Out 1997.
@@iseriouslyi1m1 you're welcome 😊
The best remake to be had.
The original is the classic except the zombies aged very badly (apart from perhaps the airport zombie) especially compared to Day.
Dotd 2004 definitely stands on its own, thats what makes it so damn good.
Zack is the man, great movie ☢️
This is a good repertoire of zombies wow the special effects. Very good, they are terrifying
Thank you!
Man this director's cut has its one minimovie in the form of a news program, nice.
That's what people don't realise how hard it really was to make this sort of film and the effort people went through to make it that's why you never see good movies like this these days it cost to much to budget and no body got time to come up with Better suggestions and takes to much time to make the film great that's why world war z 2 got cancelled
Loved this movie one of the best remakes
Hard to believe this movie is almost 20 year's old now.
I loved this 🎥 movie butt most of all the I loved the Richard cheese song down with the sickness and the different screen shots of the characters and how they spent there time in the mall with dealing with everything 😢🎉😂
DAWN OF THE DEAD 2 PLEASEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE
It's impossible to make this kind of movie in 2021. It would be way too expensive and It will flop in box office. Not to mention inability of modern filmmakers to make anything worth watching. Go look what Zack made recently with Army of the dead. Total Incompetence .
@@thesorrow7499 yea but that wasn’t same movie universe and same sequel but I have a feeling bout they might make dawn of the dead 2 sequel remake four survivors and the dog to
@BART how you know that but for me I just well a bit worry bout four survivors and dog to but good news is someone told me they not confirmed dead yet but and they probably stay and went back to the boat but Terry drop the camera and must play Steve camera rec play but they not dead but I hope they okay and survive to same actor to
@@tylermatthew349 i only want to know two things what fake thing was in luis neck that vivian was eating and another fake thing what was my favurate when luis smashes cracks toyota corola glass was that real or fake crack this movie scared the crap out of me when i was small it looked so freaking real so i want to know about this
@@nojusbacinskas8950 ok but I see you mean all that but I hope they make dawn of the dead 2 sequel and four survivors to as well
And the zombies were turned into your modern high speed rabies zombies rather than the slow zombies of the original...
