You may ask anything, anytime. This was played on a modern 64 bit machine with Windows 10 on it. I patched this game so it's 1920x1080, only the main menu and end-game menu get stretched, but I fixed that in the edit by changing the width to 75%. It play's like a gem.
Did you also patch the game so you could include the Ferraris in pursuits? That wasn't possible on my copy. I looked into it and learned the Ferrari motor company refused to allow their vehicles to be used in hot pursuit, to not give off the impression that their vehicles could be used to break the law by evading the police to younger players.

In my opinion, the countdown voice over and the game HUD in the PSX version is much better that in the PC version. Also, the cars are less fatty.

Wow. Does the patch help it run on Windows 10? Because I couldn't get it to run on Windows 7 64-bit very well.

Yeah, er, jumping the stairway doesn't help you unless you need a bit of room if the police corner you.
