same! at every airport across the country the line to access the sky club are LONG!!!!!!! so hopefully it will shorten it down
I haven't run into the long lines and i've been to LGA, ATL and MCO (on a weekend) but maybe I just went at the right times. But I've definitely seen the footage from other locations/long lines

Personally, I was really pissed about the change in price given the fact that I am a delta plat AMEX Card holder. I only use the sky club if my flight is delayed by at least three hours. Usually I prefer to hang at a bar or a restaurant since the food is not that great in my opinion. I’m more annoyed because Delta platinum members are being punished for something we are not doing. The problem are the reserve and American express platinum members that has unlimited access. Why else would somebody wait 30 minutes for a cup of coffee with a 45 minute layover. I’m not paying $39 for a cup of coffee. Also, this is not going to limit The crowds. The crowds is the consequences of charging astronomical prices for credit cards so people are trying to get their moneys worth. Either way, I’m not going to cancel my card because I never got it for the sky club and I rarely use the sky club. It pays for itself for the complementary companion ticket especially since I have a delta hub in my city. But we shall see if this actually controls the crowds.
Ok cool, I take my first flight for 2023 next week and I'm a diamond member with new executive sky club access, so I guess really no changes for me, thanks

Whatever they did it didn’t even work 🤷🏽♀️ I fly domestic every week for work - different times, different cities - the last time I could walk into a lounge and grab a seat without people hovering on both sides of me… can’t remember it
Yikes haven't had anyone hovering over me and I fly out of Atlanta. Have you checked the app before going to see wait time and crowds information? Wondering how it compared to once you got there.

Yep $50 and $50 for the guest starting next year. I mean we already pay a decent sized annual fee so idk anymore but I don't want to react too fast since it's a newer card that I obtained a sign up bonus
@@WorkHardTravelWell Yeah...... ima see how the next year goes. Outside of traveling, I need to take advantage of the monthly offers they have for using the card since I pretty much use this card for everything now.
