Hello everyone! In this video I share with you an amazing baked eggplant recipe! Aubergines with zucchini, feta and breadcrumbs are perfect for lunch, dinner or appetizer! This recipe will appeal to the whole family! Even children will eat vegetables made this way! Eggplants crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside are very easy to prepare. Cheap recipe, fast, without frying and suitable for vegetarians. Try these delicious baked aubergines with zucchini and baked feta and I'm sure you will love them!
Ingrediants:
- 2 eggplants
- 2 zucchini
- 1 onion
- 1 clove of garlic
- 50 grams of breadcrumbs
- 2 tablespoons of Parmesan cheese
- 100 gr of feta cheese
- Salt, pepper, oregano
- Olive oil
