Ok I think it might actually be a preset used in Reason 5. Under Piano & Keyboard Category, select Distant Grand which is a Combinator patch.

@@PatDuPriei don’t think that’s it because I went and tested it out, and the piano it self sounds different, as well as it doesn’t have that twinkle like musical box sound to it.

I think this is it because that 'twinkle' sound seems like a glockenspiel, but it was over the piano as well.
