ERRATUM at the 6:40 mark: For example no. 2, the judgment of conviction is not yet final at that stage (3 days after conviction) because a judgment of conviction becomes final after 15 days from promulgation.

What if po atty. a convict died after final judgement. What is the effect of his death on his civil liability?

Sir what about the delineation of before and after plea?
When the accused dies whether before or after plea, his criminal liability is extinguished.

Hindi po mai-extinguish ang criminal liability nung isa. Yung offender na pinakasalan lang ang mai-extinguish. The marriage of the victim with the offender in rape will not benefit the co-principal, accomplice, and accessory.
Paano po kapag namatay ang accused tapos may mga na damages po siyang kailangan bayaran sino po ang liable na magbayad ng na damage ng accused na namatay?

Sir di ba po yung e serve nya is 11 yrs and 4 months because 480 days iis 1 yr is 360 days plus 120 days which equivalent to 4 months?30 days is 1 month
