Today let's make Potato Spring Rolls Recipe These Potato Spring Rolls are super tasty Perfect for Iftar and superb for Lunch box.
Ingredients:
All purpose flour 1 cup
Salt to taste
Oil 1 tsp
Water as needed
Smooth dough
Rest for 5 mins
Boiled potato 2 medium size
Onion 1 tbsp
Parsley 1 tbsp
Green chilli 2 pieces
Garlic 1/2 tsp
Ginger 1/2 tsp
Cumin seeds 1/2 tsp
Chaat masala 1/2 tsp
Mix well
Roll the dough
Potato stuffing
Apply water
Fry until golden brown medium flame
