It's worth noting for anyone who plans to build this model that the red technic rod in the 3 piece assembly used to hold the ship up starts to bend significantly from the weight of holding the ship up.
I had the model built, using the technic assembly for 3 days and it was already bending. Not sure this model is worth permanently damaging pieces. Looks great though!
so you're saying we have a use case for the steel technic axle?
@@StarHorder Jokes aside, I don't have this set so I can't say for sure... However, if anyone has the steel axle and plans on using it for this, just be careful the stress isn't distributed to other plastic parts attached to the steel axle.
The designer has posted a version 2 that fixes this problem if anyone was wondering

@@maeztro138 I got access to both when I got it. You should be able to access both instructions if you buy it because they are both added in the same moc.

I’d love to see the AT-OT alt build please. I bought a 2nd ATTE with the intention of turning it into an AT-OT and have been tossing up getting the Republic gunship or not as I already own the 2013 model but this just sells it to me if they’re all compatible like this. May have to buy 2 Republic gunships now!😅

This looks awesome I just need to get the Coruscant gunship.
I got the AT-TE Sunday January 14th from Amazon for $112.00 by working for the money out in our garden for about 4 days.
The AT-TE was the #1 set I have always wanted and now I can make a drop show to carry it to battle.
"Drop ship" it randomly corrected to "Drop show." Don't know why?
Time to get a third Gunship kit now…

I spent all my money on the gun ship and at-te and can’t afford the instructions😭
Slow down this video and use that. May be hard but at least its free
The instructions are also like 7 dollars, so it shouldn’t take too long to save up for. But as @mirobacklund says, you can just slow the video down if you can’t or won’t save the money. It’s a bit harder, but it’s free.

Das ist ein echt krasses moc, aber ich will nur ungerne teile beschädigen... the red axle piece and the 2 technic pieces bend after a while...

The coruscant version is just a little bit shorter. I don’t own the original so I can’t say by how much.

How stable is the build?
Everything except the cockpit area is really solid.
