This was great but it's a bit of a bummer for Mike to have to kinda break character and say "I'm just kidding" a few times for the sake of this poor guy on the line. I get it. He knows this guy might not really understand the redbar experience and he was trying to be nice....but that seems very UN-Redbar to me. Luckily he saved it with the hangup at the end.
