Yes, you can wear it. Shiv puran says that you should wear rudraksha all the time but yes for some practical reasons there are times that we must avoid wearing it. But since, you are taking medicine, there is no issue.
@@deepakmach7 but i feel its not always possible to remove it everytime during eating non veg for example if one consumes egg or fish or anything most of the time, so should he or she always keep removing it every single time???
