- Cine tracer is a readily available piece of pre-vis software, distributed on steam it is currently in public Beta and the quirks I commented may well be fixed as Matt is actively improving everything. He's done an amazing job of bringing this level of visualisation to a mass market level and I hope it continues to gain momentum!
I love the lighting, I couldnt watch the whole video but it looks nice and professional, also the way you express yourself and talk about things is pleasing. I tell you this because I see you are not very big yet and I think is always good to get some words of encouragement, specially when they are well deserved ;)
Thanks Antonio, much appreciated!
Thanks for the overview. I can live with the current limitations of the lighting instruments, hoping that it will improve with the public release. My primary use would be for building rooms (to accurate dimensions) and working out actor blocking. I also hope the app will have the option for more focal lengths and sensor sizes.
Thank you for making this. I wanted to get an outsider's perspective. Nice job with the background lighting!
Great Content! Looking forward for more!
ever thought about narrating planet earth? ;)
@@mike90-w6s Those are some mighty big shoes to fill! 🤔
Hi
I recently bought Cine Tracer from the website and downloaded STEAM, I got a mail saying Cine Tracer is on my STEAM libraries but I can't find it there.
I use a MacBook pro OS Catalina
Could you please help?
What work you do bro??
A few words about character choices?
Crazy. ARE you Post Malone?
TMT Official no
Just bought this because think I'm gunna get a refund due to there being no bounce of light.
LOUIS TENNESSEE it’s define fly something that I’d love to see in future. I have no doubt Matt would add it if it’s possible but he is a solo developer. I’m happy to put money in to support him even if it isn’t perfect, but absolutely understand if this feature is a deal breaker.
Raytracing is coming calm down.
Nate great to hear, as I pointed out I’m happy to support this project while it builds. This review is really a snapshot of how things were working at the point it was made.
I think as of now Ray Tracing has been implemented and it does work to correct the lack of bounce light apparently.
